Abstract submission deadline: April 27 (Mon.), 2026 (23:59pm, JST)

Step 1. Log in to the submission portal below. First-time users are required to create a new account.
Step 2. Submit each abstract via "New submission."
Step 3. Submitted abstracts can be edited from the "Abstract submission status" until the deadline.

Please submit in PDF format using a mandatory Word template (download) for a one-page abstract in A4 size.

A-Pass is an account that can be used repeatedly at other Confit-based meetings and for future meetings.

A-Pass eliminates the need to create an account for each meeting and to manage multiple email addresses and passwords.
